Fiona de Vet – Kluser Lamas in Aesch

Dear visitors, experts and teachers, animal lovers and those who would like to become animal lovers

Fancy enjoying the magnificent Jura hills on a guided walk with a gentle llama on a lead? You can do just that at the Obere Klus farm. And much more besides. At present, the farm is home to Wooly llamas, alpacas, miniature ponies, donkeys and a herd of suckler cows with their calves – as well as chickens, alongside dogs and cats. So here you can not only get to know and grow fond of a variety of farm animals up close, but also build trust between yourself and the animals.

You can hire party venues from us: the heated Q-Stübli (approx. 30 people) and the barn (up to 80 people).

So, if you’d like to treat yourself, your friends and those close to you to a special experience or an original day out, we recommend taking a look at our wide range of options. Please feel free to contact us by telephone to discuss any additional or specific questions or requirements you may have.

A warm welcome to the Kluser Llamas!

Animal-assisted support

Animal-assisted therapy refers to interventions in which the targeted use of an animal can have a positive effect on people suffering from both mental and physical illnesses.

Natura Beef from the Oberen Klus

The finest beef from the region: our cattle spend the whole summer on the lush, rolling pastures of the Obere Klus. They are reared in the herd alongside their mothers (suckler cow rearing). We are committed to the BTS/RAUS standard: particularly animal-friendly housing with daily access to outdoor areas in winter and access to pasture in summer. Our cattle are fed exclusively on grass and receive no additional concentrated feed.

Watching llamas

Dear visitors, interested members of the public and guests,
We are a proper farm, not a zoo. Our llamas are either in their stables, working or out in the fields. Of course, you are welcome to admire the llamas in the fields and go for a walk with us.
But please do not simply go into the stable or into the enclosures without asking first. We don’t just go trampling into your garden for no reason, do we?
Please respect our privacy. Thank you.
By car: Please park your car so that it does not interfere with our work, or ask us.

Llama treks

We are delighted to receive your booking for a llama trek. Please note that we are unable to organise last-minute treks. Please allow sufficient time in advance to finalise the date and make the necessary arrangements.
We are happy to take your call on weekdays: Mon to Fri from 09:00 to 17:00

The easiest way for us is if you get in touch by email: info@kluser-lamas.ch

Thank you very much for your understanding.
