Would you like to treat your children to a special celebration? Then come and visit us and our llamas and alpacas. Together, we’ll delve into the fascinating world of these gentle animals. We’ll be happy to tell you whether the animals spit and what they do and don’t like. The children can groom the animals and go for a walk with the llamas and alpacas. The programme with the animals may vary depending on the weather and the children’s ages, and will be organised by us. It’s not just the children’s hearts that will be racing – but those of their adult companions too.
Whether for a picnic, an afternoon snack or a feast, or simply for fun and games, in addition to meadows and open spaces, there are also covered areas of various sizes with tables and benches available. Barbecues are permitted.
In winter, the heated Q-Stübli is available for up to 30 people.

Please note: There are no children’s parties on Sundays!

2 hours’ llama programme led by us, followed by 1 hour’s room hire for refreshments, unwrapping presents, etc. – included in the price.

Programme
Making contact and getting to know each other Various farm animals and llamas/alpacas; grooming the animals; a short walk with the animals. The programme will be adapted to suit the weather and the group.

Depending on the size of the group, we are accompanied by up to 9 llamas. The animals are usually led in pairs.
Children up to the age of 9 require one accompanying adult per llama (this means: 1 or 2 children, 1 llama + 1 adult companion) who is willing, without an umbrella or similar items, to take responsibility for an animal, i.e. to provide assistance if necessary.
Our extremely friendly, child-loving and food-loving dog ‘Gianna’ is usually always along for the ride. Please let us know in advance if this is a problem.
Costs
CHF 260.– excluding meals*
*Price for up to 10 children; for 11 or more children, an additional CHF 6.– per child (up to a maximum of 16 children)

Options
You can also hold the event over lunchtime. A gas barbecue is available for CHF 25 per event.
Clothing
Weather-appropriate, dirt-resistant clothing and sturdy shoes
The part of the event organised by us lasts approximately 2 hours. Afterwards, you will have time to unwrap presents, eat cake, play games, etc. This part is your responsibility. The facilities provided by us must be left tidy and swept clean (tables, rubbish, etc.). You must bring your own food, plates, cups, cutlery, bin bags, etc.
Please bear in mind that the farm also presents certain hazards. You should therefore keep a close eye on your children at all times. They will be informed in advance of the areas where they are permitted to go. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Please note
Children may only attend this event if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Summer / Winter
During the summer months (June to September), events on Saturdays take place only in the mornings (10.00–13.00) to protect the animals from the intense summer heat. During the winter months (October to May), children’s parties can take place both in the morning and in the afternoon.
